February 2025 Prize Wheel Instant Win Promotion Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO RESIDE IN PA, NJ AND DE, AND ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. VOID OUTSIDE PA, NJ AND DE AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: The February 2025 Prize Wheel Instant Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the date and time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor and Administrator (as such terms are defined below) and their respective parent and affiliate companies, members, administrators, advertising and promotion agencies and distributors and other prize suppliers (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as the immediate family (i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee, officer or director, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. THE PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, SNAPCHAT, INSTAGRAM, X OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORM (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS”).
2. Sponsor; Administrator: Comcast Spectacor, LLC, 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 (“Sponsor”); Wit Labs, Inc., 101 Crawfords Corner Road Suite 4116, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733 (“Administrator”).
3. Timing: The Promotion begins on February 18, 2025 at 12 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Promotion by taking the following action:
To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period (i) follow the directions provided to complete the online entry form at https://web.witcontests.com/flyers/giveaway/spin/spin-to-win-250217 (the “Promotions Landing Page”) and submit electronically and (ii) then click the “Spin Now” button on the Promotions Landing Page to spin the prize wheel.
If after playing, the screen indicates that you are an instant winner or discount recipient, you will win/receive the prize or discount indicated, subject to verification. If you are an instant winner, after you play the game, the instructions to redeem your prize will be available on your Promotions Landing Page and will also be emailed to you at the email you entered in your online entry form.
Each potential winner will be provided directions for winner verification, and all potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
Limit: Each entrant may receive one total instant win game play during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. One play per person, while supplies last, regardless of how game play is obtained. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected instant win play requests or registrations.
5. Authorized Account Holder. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address entered at registration will be deemed to be the entrant or player provided that person meets the eligibility requirements to participate. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, lost, late, misdirected, forged, altered, or mutilated entries will be disqualified. Proof is sufficient if so determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
6. Prizes; Odds: There will be nineteen (19) total prizes available to win in this Promotion. The prizes are listed below.

Each non-winning entrant will receive a link with a unique discount code which can be redeemed as forth in the link for tickets for select Philadelphia Flyers regular season games (terms and conditions, including the ticket limit, will be set forth in the link).
All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, provided that a sufficient number of entries are received and that prizes are claimed in accordance with the timing and instructions set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning a prize depend on the date/time of game play, and the number of prizes remaining available at the time of game play. The number of prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.
Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 2 weeks after redemption. Terms and conditions of tickets and discount codes apply, as noted thereon and/or on Sponsor’s website. Prizes have no cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, unless otherwise stated herein. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $810.00
7. Verification of Potential Winners: EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE GAME PLAY OR SCRATCH OFF CARD SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT, AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize.
8. Release: By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, the Social Media Platforms, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, partners, administrators, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim, or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of your participation in the Promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, social media posts, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, printing error, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries or plays received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) violating the Official Rules; or (b) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of Sponsor property or service. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, including errors or typos in these Official Rules or any instant win game related communication or materials, whether caused a Released Party or by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software, failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or (f) late, lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or mutilated entries or for theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. If for any reason an entrant's entry or play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another instant win game play, if possible. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

13. Disputes; Governing Law: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of entering this Promotion, entrant agrees that (a) any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the JAMS ADR and (b) any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING AND WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Promotion, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to Philadelphia, PA. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
